近年、モバイルバッテリーの発熱や発煙、発火などの事故が国内外で報告されております。
お客様の安全と快適なご滞在のため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用に際し、下記の点にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

・就寝中やご不在時のモバイルバッテリー充電はお控えください。
・モバイルバッテリーを使用して電子機器を充電される場合、または客室内のコンセントからモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合は、以下のような場所でのご使用をお避けください。

■ 直射日光が当たる窓際
■ ベッドや寝具、カーテンなど可燃性の素材の上
■ お客様ご自身で状態を確認できない環境

充電の際は、常にお客様の目の届く場所・時間帯でのご利用をお願いいたします。
また、清掃時に上記に該当する状況が確認された場合、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動、もしくは充電停止の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。

In recent years, incidents involving mobile batteries, including overheating, smoke emission, and fire, have been reported both domestically and internationally.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.

• Please refrain from charging mobile batteries while sleeping or when the room is unattended.
• When charging electronic devices using a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery via the electrical outlets in your guest room, please avoid use in the following locations:

■ Areas exposed to direct sunlight, such as near windows
■ On beds, bedding, curtains, or other flammable materials
■ Any location where the condition of the device cannot be visually monitored by the guest

When charging, please ensure the mobile battery remains within your sight at all times.
If any of the above conditions are observed during housekeeping service, our staff may, for safety reasons, relocate the mobile battery or suspend charging.
